跻身“全国县级文明城市提名城市”行列，璜泾镇雅鹿村获“第四届全国文明村
镇”荣誉称号。在全国首创“社工委托管理+志工自主运行”新模式。“政社互
动”创新实践在全国推广，荣获第三届“中国法治政府奖”，成为省内唯一荣获
全国“长安杯”的县（市、区）。

Taicang is one of the nominated cities for Culturally Advanced County-
Level Cities of China. Yalu Village (Huangjing Town) has won the honor
of the 4th Awards for Culturally Advanced Villages and Towns of China.
Taicang has done a pioneer job by establishing the new mode featuring
“Authorized Management of Social Workers and Autonomous Operation
of Volunteers”. The “government-community communication” innovative
practice has been promoted across China. Taicang has won the 3rd China
Law-Based Government Award and become Jiangsu’s only winner of
Chang’an Cup.
