太仓港经济技术开发区

国家级太仓港经济技术开发区是太仓港的直接经济腹地，先后荣获“全国模范
劳动关系和谐工业园区” 、江苏省文明开发区、江苏省知识产权示范园区等
称号。
区内设有太仓港综合保税区、太仓港新能源产业园、太仓港国际商贸物流园
等特色载体。集聚了28只中央企业投资项目、27只世界500强企业投资项
目、16只美资企业投资项目。形成了全球最大的高级润滑油生产基地，长三
角地区最大冷冻液化气生产基地和化工品中转基地，沿江地区最大的电力能
源基地。正在加速发展以新能源、新材料、新装备、新医药为重点的先进制
造业，以物流加贸易为导向的现代服务业。

It is the economic center of Taicang Port. It has won such honorary
titles as National Model Industrial Park with Harmonious Labor
Relationship, Civilized Development Zone of Jiangsu Province and
Intellectual Property Demonstration Zone of Jiangsu Province.
There are a number of featured carriers such as the Comprehensive
Bonded Zone of Taicang Port, Taicang Port New Energy Industrial
Park and Taicang Port International Business and Trade Logistics
Park. It has introduced 28 investment projects from central enterprises
of China, 27 such projects from Fortune 500 enterprises and 16
from US companies. There are the largest advanced lubricant production
base, the largest refrigerated liquefied natural gas production
base and chemical transit base of the Yangtze River Delta, and the
largest electric power base along the Yangtze River. It is accelerating
the development of advanced manufacturing, with emphasis laid on
new energy, new materials, new equipment and new medicine, and
also the development of modern services led by logistics and trade.
